Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made with Trip India 24 are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and issuance of a booking confirmation from our team. Prices mentioned are subject to change until the booking is finalized.

Payment Policy

Customers must pay the specified advance amount at the time of booking confirmation. The balance payment must be completed before the commencement of the tour or as per the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

Pricing & Inclusions

Tour prices include only the services specifically mentioned in the tour package. Any additional services, meals, entry fees, permits, or activities not mentioned in the inclusions will be charged separately.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the date of cancellation prior to the tour start date:

  1. Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible for partial refunds.
  2. Last-minute cancellations may attract higher charges or no refund.
    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable service charges and supplier penalties.

Amendments & Changes

Trip India 24 reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, hotels, transport, or sightseeing due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, political disturbances, or operational requirements. Such changes will be made to ensure the safety and comfort of travelers.

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for carrying valid identification documents, permits, visas, and travel insurance where required. Trip India 24 will not be liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documents.

Health & Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking. Trip India 24 is not responsible for any health-related issues during the tour.

Liability Disclaimer

Trip India 24 acts as a tour organizer and coordinator. We are not liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, vehicle breakdowns, airline delays, or actions of third-party service providers.

Force Majeure
